Please find below the rental prices corresponding to the period you are having your vacation. Prices are in UK Pound Sterling per week. If you require the price in any other currency, please contact us for a quote.
For the most competitive way to transfer funds abroad, we recommend using UKForex, which our clients have found to be much much cheaper than using high street banks and other institutions. They only charge £7 per transfer, and the first two transfers are FREE!

Conditions
If you wish to go ahead and book the property, there is a £250 per week reservation fee to hold the required dates. Please note that in case of cancellation, this amount is not refundable. The balance of the rental fee, as well as a £600 security deposit, is required by at least 8 weeks prior to your arrival. This deposit is fully refundable and is only to cover for accidental damage/breakage.
In order to ensure a fair use of the electricity (unfortunately some people leave the air-con on even when they leave the premises!), the electric meter is read before and after you leave and the charge is billed to you. This is fair to everyone and allows everyone to consume what they like. A 'normal' consumption rate comes out to roughly £50/week. The charge is deducted from the damage deposit.
Access to the property will be granted at 15:00. Checkout is 10:00am.
